The first thing to check is to see how the address is downloading from your Online Shopping cart into ShipWorks. If you double click on an order in ShipWorks that it giving you address problems you can go to the address tab to see how ShipWorks is displaying the customer's address. If the address shows incorrectly there then most likely the issue lies on the shopping cart side.
